 THREE (3) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Anderson converters warrant each new converter manufactured by us to be free from defective material and workmanship and warrants as limited herein to the original purchaser of retail. Anderson Converters agrees to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new part (at the Company’s option) in exchange for any part of any unit of its manufacture which under normal installation, use, and service.

Please return the Warranty Registration card within (15) days from the date of purchasing the product.

Return authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned to the factory.

All shipping costs to and from must be paid by purchaser.

No returns allowed after 30 days. 25% restock fee applies. Any returned item must be in unused factory condition.

Read all instructions before attempting to use this product.

The warranty shall only cover defects arising from normal usage. Anderson Converters assumes no responsibility whatsoever if the converter should fail during the warranty period by reason of:

-         Misuse, negligence, physical damage or accidents

-         Lack of maintenance

-         Repair by any unauthorized party during the warranty period.

-         Damage caused by connection to an improper input voltage

-         Incorrect wiring not our own

-         Unauthorized modification or  which have been repaired or altered outside our factory

Anderson Converters makes no further warranties or representations, expressed or implied except those contained herein. No representative or dealer is authorized to assume any other liability regarding the Phase Converter. The duration of the implied warranty granted under State Law, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose are limited in duration should the duration of the express warranty grant it hereunder. Anderson Converters shall in no event be liable for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages of any kind, and the buyer by acceptance of this equipment will assume all liability for the consequences of its use or misuse by the buyer,

his employees or others. The liability of Anderson Converters is limited to the renewal or

replacement of the defective parts. Anderson Converters is not liable for damage or loss incurred due to interruption of services or for consequential damages, labor or expense required to replace the units.
